So it occurs to your friend and humble narrator that this is a FOOD blog, is it not?  And a food blog without a bunch of food porn everywhere is like a fat kid without.....um....well.....a bunch of food porn everywhere.  So here we are, the first installment of Braised In Captivity's masticatory delights.
